Presale participants who purchase a minimum of 0.5 BNB will be able to mint 1 of 1,050 #SafeExit NFTs in random. 

  • Noble – Protection up to 100 $BNB (5 Randomly Minted NFTs)
  • Artisans – Protection up to 25 $BNB (50 Randomly Minted NFTs)
  • Clergy – Protection up to 10 $BNB (150 Randomly Minted NFTs)

Any NFTs not snapped-up during the Presale will be gradually released on the secondary market. This ensures the scarcity remains intact.

In an industry first, #SafeExit, as a Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) benefits $N1 token holders in a number of unique ways: *Receive capital protection on future $N1 token purchases up to 4 investment tiers (denominated in $AVAX): Tier 1 - Protection up to 25 $AVAX (500 NFTs) Tier 2 - Protection up to 10 $AVAX (1,000 NFTs) Tier 3 - Protection up to 5 $AVAX (1,000 NFTs) Tier 4 - Protection up to 1 $AVAX (2,500 NFTs) *Offers a 6.25% risk premium on the value of $N1 tokens purchased. e.g. 1 AVAX invested in $N1 tokens will receive 1.0625 AVAX upon redemption. *Gain early access to all new product launches *Attendance pass to all future community events and investment opportunities exclusive to members of the Guild.

Revenue Sharing Model

  • 1% of lifetime royalties to its first owner
  • 2% distributed to #SafeExit NFT token holders
  • 3% directed to the treasury to support the APY

Revenue sharing will only be available on NFT sales made via the GuilderFi’s Marketplace via the app.

#SafeExit Fund

The #SafeExit Fund will generate its own income by collecting a 1% fee on all SELL Orders, so token holders who exit their positions first will be helping to ensure the existing members of the Guild remain protected.
 
In a fully decentralized manner, the #SafeExit fund is implemented as a smart contract and as such, reserves cannot be withdrawn by any member of the team and will exist for the sole purpose of supporting claims.
 
It’s use will be subject to a 90-day waiting period before claims can be made. Any claims will include a 6.25% risk premium in addition to the total value of tokens purchased, excluding any rebase rewards.
